Assembly & Care

Assembly is not required.

This solid wood piece is finished only with pigmented hardwax oil, which allows the natural texture and finish of the oak to shine through, but will also require regular maintenance. You can expect some very minimal patina over time as the wood settles into your home and takes in the moisture from the air. Excessive moisture, extreme temperatures (think, a glass of ice water melting without a coaster) and direct sunlight may cause the piece to shift color or the hardwax oil to evaporate quickly. Sanding with a very fine sandpaper and reapplying hardwax oil will bring new life to the piece instantly.

Returns & Warranty

Large case goods such as beds, sideboards, console, and cupboards are not covered under the umbrella of our commercial warranty. The construction of such goods are under warranty for (1) year against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear such as but not limited to piling, patina are tears are not warrantied by Industry West.
